Electronic Lab Notebook preplanning - this would include:
- an evaluation of the labs need for an Electronic Lab Notebook - ELN - (is it the right product technology?),
- training about what an ELN is,
- how it works (from the users perspective),
- how it can change the nature of the lab's operations and people's jobs,
- variations/trends in ELNs products (generalized not vendor specific), and,
- how to go about evaluating and purchasing a ELN.
